This weekend I purchased my wedding dress and it is b-e-a-u-tiful! I didn’t have much struggle zipping it up but there was a big of tugging. With a bit more work, I shouldn’t have to tug. It really did look great, my sister said it was made for me; but the tailor at the bridal shop still swooped in on me and pointed out that it could use some “letting out on the sides”. Excuse me lady! My response was “no, I could use some crunches, and that’s what I’ll do”. My goal is to not have alterations made to the dress, with some dedication and work, it will be the perfect fit soon enough. I’ve heard that alterations can sometimes cost just as much as the dress. No way are they getting my moolah.

Since my first post, I am down 3lbs which I’m proud of for a week. I’ve been working out and not pigging out (it was one of my favorite past-times). I am on my way!
